A Great Fiducial Marker
Accuray TomoTherapy & Radixact MVCT
Gold Anchor can be used with Radixact® and TomoTherapy® MVCT imaging
Radixact CTrue™ MVCT
For MVCT images acquired with the CTrue™ IR (Iterative Reconstruction) algorithm on Radixact systems small and midsized Gold Anchor markers can be used.

“We prefer the smallest Gold Anchor marker, because there is less artifact in the sim CT. Those markers are subtle in the MVCT images, but certainly enough for the therapists to see.”

TomoTherapy MVCT
For MVCT images acquired with TomoTherapy systems the best visibility is achieved by implanting our largest 0.4x20mm marker with a ball shape.
These images show a Gold Anchor used for positioning of a liver SBRT patient. The CT study from the treatment planning step. The MVCT image was acquired with the TomoTherapy® Hi Art® treatment system immediately prior the treatment.
